These Terms apply to all purchases of products (including SECRET AGENT, UNDER COVER, and our hydrating skincare line) from the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Order Submission: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (including contact details, shipping address, and payment information). You warrant that all information provided is true, correct, and up-to-date.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Acknowledgment Email”). This email does not constitute order acceptance—we will send a separate “Order Confirmation Email” once your order is processed and approved (within 1 business day of submission).
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or non-compliance with these Terms). If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund in accordance with Section 7.

  • Global Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping to all destinations worldwide—no minimum order value required. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days from the date your order ships (as indicated in the Shipping Confirmation Email). This timeframe includes international transit and local delivery, but excludes customs clearance delays (which may extend delivery in some cases).

5. Customs & Import Fees

6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Changes

  • Shipping Address: You must provide a valid physical residential or business address (PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and temporary accommodation such as hotels/hostels are not accepted). We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Address Changes: Requests to modify a shipping address must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Product Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with your local laws (e.g., ingredient regulations for skincare products). If your package is rejected by customs due to non-compliance, we will not issue a refund or reshipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You may return eligible products for a refund within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (with seals intact, if applicable). Opened/used products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.

8. Product Availability & Backorders

  • Product availability is indicated on the Website. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and offer the option to wait for restocking (with estimated restock date) or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Backorders (if applicable) will be shipped within 3-5 business days of restocking, with delivery following the 6-12 business day timeframe outlined in Section 4.

  • You agree to use the Website and purchase products only for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling or distributing products purchased from the Website for commercial purposes is prohibited.
